WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Our distribution center is taking extensive precautions to keep employees and customers safe, and shipment times may be delayed up to 10 business days at a time.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 11:00 am PST will generally be shipped out on the same day*. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. We do not offer weekend shipping. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. Int’l orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order. We do not currently ship to any PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

No, you can shop at Hurley.com as a GUEST without creating an account. However, registering your details will allow you to:

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES HURLEY ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay. Please note that we do not accept any other methods or payment apart from those listed above.
DOES HURLEY SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES?
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes at this time. We also do not ship to forwarding addresses or access points.
DOES HURLEY SHIP TO MILITARY ADDRESSES?
Regrettably, we do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
All sales are Final Sale.
HOW DO YOU PROPERLY CARE FOR A WETSUIT?
When cleaning your wetsuit, hand wash in cool, fresh water to remove salt deposits. Hang out of direct sunlight to dry. Clean your wetsuit after each use to ensure it remains flexible and durable. Please keep in mind that neoprene is a lightweight, performance-based material and is vulnerable to excessive force. Care must be taken when putting on or removing your wetsuit, as finger-induced tears can occur (especially on the exposed neoprene on chest and back panels). Avoid contact with sharp objects and abrasive surfaces.
HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL AN ORDER I PLACED?
Unfortunately, we cannot edit or cancel an order once it's been placed for security reasons. Our system is designed to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible and cannot cancel or modify an order once it is placed. If an order needs to be cancelled, you may contact Customer Service to inquire about your options.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
Your order will be charged as soon as your order is placed. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a refund.
DO YOU ACCEPT GIFT RETURNS?
We are unable to process gift returns. All sales are Final Sale.

As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy. Additionally, we continue to monitor for government updates on new regulations issued on a daily basis and adapt as needed. Our online store is currently fully functional and we will continue to launch new products for our customers.
Due to additional precautions our fulfillment center is taking, please expect a delay in shipping and return processing. Refund on eligible returns will be processed within 10 business days from receipt.
